there is a reason to like pop music.
like many i have always thought that it was the `lowest` of the music genre
but i didnt care and really only listened mostly to pop music...
i have grown to just say `yea i like pop music` and feel not that ashamed anymore.
when i was taking to ben.c one of the days, and he went like, `no i think there`s nothing wrong with pop music. it has its own complexity and charm.. the layers that pop music has is something that many genre cannot afford or be able to do so.`
hmm.. new opinion ya..
lyrics matter to me the most, of cuz melody too.. so pop music does that portion well.
its easygoingness allows the lyrics to be expressed as much as the singer wants to and not be oppressed by technics..
annd maybe thats why its called pop music- popular music.. beign able to identify with stranger is difficult.
